This leadership workshop is suitable for team leaders, supervisors and middle manager with little or no formal training. Workshops for more senior managers are also available.
This workshop explores the frequently misunderstood area of leadership using a blend of highly interactive activities supported by theoretical frameworks which combine to form a strong learning process. Participants are encouraged to experiment with their individual leadership styles in a safe learning environment.
The exercises are designed to increase self-confidence and self-awareness. During the day all of the participants will have the opportunity to lead tasks and exercises and to gain direct feedback from their peers and the tutor.
By the end of the day all of the participants will have a better picture of what good leaders should do and how they should do it.
